退款政策
At Cake Talk, each cake is thoughtfully crafted and freshly prepared to order. As our products are perishable and often customized, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Order Confirmation
Full payment is required to confirm and secure all online orders.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup will be issued as store credit.
- Cancellations on the day of pickup or failure to pick up the order as scheduled will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Damage & Quality Concerns
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every cake we create. Upon receipt, we kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Once the cake has left our premises, we cannot be responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, storage, or environmental conditions.
Delivery
For deliveries arranged through a third-party service or self-arranged pickup, all risk during transit is assumed by the customer.

退款政策
感谢您选择Cake Talk。每一款蛋糕均为手工制作、新鲜现做,因产品为易腐食品且多为定制款式,请您在下单前仔细阅读以下政策。下单即表示您已理解并同意以下条款。
订单确认与支付
所有线上订单需完成全额付款后方视为确认成功。
取消与退款
- 若在原定取货时间至少72小时前取消订单,可申请全额退款;
- 若在取货时间72小时内取消订单,我们将以店铺余额(Store Credit)形式退款,可用于下次消费。
- 取货当天或未按约定时间取货,恕不退款,亦不提供店铺余额。
损坏与质量问题
我们十分注重每一款蛋糕的品质与工艺。请您在取货时当场检查蛋糕是否符合预期。请您在取货/收货时当场检查蛋糕的外观和完整性。若发现明显质量问题(如塌腰、抹面严重瑕疵、配件脱落),请立即当场拍照并与我们联系,我们将尽力为您修补或协商解决方案。
蛋糕一经离开本店,因不当搬运、运输、存放或环境因素造成的损坏,恕无法负责,敬请谅解。
配送问题
如由第三方配送或顾客自叫取送,途中风险由顾客承担。
